Welcome to Down'sicient Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to, download of, and use of our software products, including browser extensions, user scripts, websites, and related materials (collectively, the "Products").

By installing, downloading, accessing, or using any of the Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Products.

The Products are local productivity and accessibility utilities that operate entirely on your device. They analyze webpage content locally in your browser to provide features that may assist with usability or accessibility on certain websites or platforms, and to restore what should never have been taken away without consent. They only collect information that is voluntarily given. Our enforcement is limited to account management, where applicable, reflecting our commitment to user autonomy.

  • Accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Products.
  • Use the Products only for lawful personal purposes, without coercion or external compulsion.
  • In extreme cases, these terms might alter corresponding to the situation you've met.

Any misuse may result in immediate termination of your rights to use the Products.

8. Limitation of Liability 八、责任限制

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS.

9. Changes and Termination 九、变更和终止

We may modify or discontinue the Products or these Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Enforcement of these Terms is limited to account-related actions, where applicable, to preserve user autonomy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any government or relevant agency may report any entity found to be in violation of the Terms of Service. Governments and relevant agencies must compile a list including the entity to be reported, the reasons for the report, relevant evidence, and documents identifying them, and send it to lawenforcement@tach.eu.org. Any entity initiating a report must meet all of the following requirements to proceed to the review stage:

  • Equality and Equal Rights: All members of the public within the entity or country must possess equal rights and privileges.
  • Freedom of Association: All members of the public within the entity or country must have the right to freely join or leave any legal organization or trade union without discrimination.
  • Freedom of Use: All members of the public within the entity or country must have the right to freely use any legal products and software without discrimination.
  • Privacy: Unless a search warrant is obtained, the privacy of any member of the public within the entity or country must not be accessed in any way.

If the above requirements are not met, the complaint will be rejected. Results of any complaint will not be communicated via email.
