Our Products may include features designed to ensure students can always access their required educational materials. For example, our Local Recovery Utility is an accessibility tool for users who have been locked out of their specific accounts, particularly in supervised or mandated environments where immediate self-recovery is not readily available.

When explicitly activated by the user, this utility runs entirely on the user's own device to assist in recovering access to their own account. This process is fully automated and local.

We do not see, collect, or transmit any account information, passwords, or recovery results. Our servers are not involved in any way.

This utility was created solely to overcome an accessibility shortcoming in some specific software, because no users should be locked out of their own software.
